We’re two Kiwi mates who discovered The Club Plug during our uni days, when golf suddenly became our favourite way to hang out with friends. Like many golfers, we went hunting for clubs but quickly hit a wall. New sets were crazy expensive, and even second-hand clubs felt overpriced. One of us even left that first purchase feeling ripped off. That frustration sparked an idea: what if we built a business that made golf more affordable and transparent for everyone?
