Horizon Health Care Partners is an Australian telehealth clinic providing consultations with AHPRA-registered doctors and nurse practitioners, seven days a week from 8am to 10pm AEST, anywhere in Australia. The clinic consults on weight and metabolic health, men’s health, women’s health including menopause and PCOS, mental health support, chronic disease management, preventative health, health optimisation and holistic care, alongside general consultations, medical certificates and referrals for pathology, imaging and specialists. Patients start with a free pre-screening questionnaire, which is not a diagnosis and carries no obligation. Consultation fees are published in full before booking, and every practitioner’s registration number is published on the website.
